My father is a typical Chinese man who did not belief in vitamin supplements. But he belief in doctor's medication. I ccould not blame him. After all he has been taking high blood pressure medications for about 10 years!

Felt ashamed that not until last year, I did not learned he was on the 'life sentence' to more medical problems. This is besides the story.

Last year July (2005), I came back from my Hong Kong holidays and brought back to my father a testimony from a midle-age Singaporean. He shared with me his experience eating Nutrilite vitamin supplements for his 'piles' problem. I shared his story with my father. I finally got him to sgree to eat some Nutrilite for his Gout Pain problem.

He started with :

2 Salmon Omega 3

4 Garlic

4 B Complex

This year, he reported that his Gout Pain has disappeared. He can even able to withstand the long-hour standing working in my brother's coffee shop.
